Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University in Jhansi has developed a mobile laboratory cum plant health clinic as part of the RKVY project. The primary objective of the Mobile Plant Health Clinic is to deliver the diagnostic and educational services to farmers on their doorsteps. “It is furnished with all essential laboratory apparatus required for elementary crop diagnostics, including nutrition deficiency diagnostics, insect and disease identification, seed testing for seed-borne infections, and soil analysis. The advanced facility of the Plant Health Clinic facilitates the surveillance, surveying, monitoring, and provision of plant disease diagnostic services to the farmers in the Bundelkhand region.
