Welcome to Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University (RLBCAU), situated in the historical city of Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. As a pivotal institution for education, research, and extension in agriculture and allied sciences, we aim to transform RLBCAU into a knowledge hub that fosters the holistic development of Indian agriculture. Our commitment to capacity building, through both national and international linkages, is essential for ensuring quality higher education and innovative research that meets the needs of our society. He was born on 01 December 1962 in Semara Hardo Patti, District Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. He obtained his higher education from Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology (CSAUA&T), Kanpur, completing his B.Sc. in 1982, M.Sc. in 1984, and Ph.D. in 1991.
